Free 14-Day Returns
How to Initiate a Return
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@hdzone.store to initiate your return.
To speed up your request, please include your order number, the reason for return, and photographs if your item is damaged or incorrect.
Returns must be approved by us before any items are sent back. Unauthorised returns cannot be processed.
Tip: Requesting a return within 14 days ensures your free return shipping and helps us process your refund quickly and efficiently.
Returns requested after the 14-day period are subject to extra shipping costs and refunds cannot be guaranteed.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, unworn, with all original tags and packaging.
You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
After your return has been approved:
We will provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package.
Please do not send any items back before receiving approval and instructions from us.
Exchanges
If you need a different item, please complete your return as described above and place a new order once your return is accepted.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please check your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if it is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Perishable goods (e.g., food, plants)
Personal care products (e.g., beauty products, hygiene items)
Custom or personalized items
Sale items (unless faulty, as per UK consumer law)
UK & EU Legal Note
Your legal rights are protected.
UK customers are entitled to a 14-day “cooling-off” period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. EU customers have similar rights.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you whether your refund is approved. Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
